Governmental institutions worldwide adopted a technology called Pre-Crime to anticipate and prevent crimes by using big data and algorithms. Companies sell personal information to the state. However, algorithm can only calculates the possibility of a crime; which is a significant weakness. The police waits for certain people to ‘become’ a criminal, while collecting information and watching the citizens to ‘prevent’ crime.
