The film tells many stories, focusing on two in particular: those of a woman from Hebron and another from Nablus. Each of them talks of the impact that the measures of intimidation such as curfews and checkpoints, house demolition, and other collective penalties has had in their lives. The film relates to the audience the relationship between Israeli violations of international law, and the social consequences it has for women, many of whom get blamed for their plight. More broadly, the film highlights the impact that collective punishment has had on the entire civilian population.
