뇌병변장애를 갖고 있는 김진옥 씨와 장애인 차량 봉사를 하며 만난 남편 사이에는 올해 초등학교에 입학하는 딸이 하나 있다. 학부형이 되는 진옥언니는 자신의 일을 찾아 거듭나려한다. 영화는 장애 여성과 비장애 여성들의 공감과 소통을 찾는 과정을 보여 준다.  Though she suffers from cerebral palsy, Jin-ok is very up-beat and optimistic. She was married at the age of forty and gave birth to a baby girl. Her life is filled with marital conflict, financial difficulties and a desire to work like an ordinary woman.
